Klarn DePalma is Executive Vice President of MNI Targeted Media Inc. (MNI). MNI specializes in multimedia targeted advertising, and partners with top-tier national and local online and magazine media brands to deliver highly targeted multiplatform advertising campaigns.
Before joining MNI, Klarn worked for WFSB-TV, Meredith's CBS affiliate in Hartford, CT, for more than 25 years. He started as an entry-level salesperson and worked his way up to Vice President and General Manager of WFSB-TV and Western Mass News, Meredith's CBS, ABC and Fox affiliates in Springfield, MA.
There, he oversaw the daily operations of WFSB-TV3 in Hartford/New Haven/Fairfield County, CT and WGGB/WSHM/EGGB in Springfield, MA. Klarn was responsible for all news functions, including TV and digital content, and for sales, engineering, promotion, programming, production, news and human resource departments. He also oversaw all national sales efforts (including programmatic) for the Meredith Media Group with offices in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
In 2010, he was named General Manager of the Year in Markets 26–50 by Broadcasting & Cable Magazine.
Klarn earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from The University of Connecticut, and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
